The NIRSC Forage and Feed Testing consortium held a meeting at the Samuel Roberts Nobel Foundation July 27-29. Unity Scientific was represented by Bethany Steevens, Dr. Paolo Berzaghi and Bob Schumann and was one of only two instrument companies attending the meeting. The agenda for the meeting was continuing the cooperative work between NIRSC, its members and supporting instrument companies with the goal of improving the analysis of forages and feeds.
Unity Scientific was very pleased to participate in this meeting and to continue our work with the NIRSC and forage researchers.
The meeting was held in Ardmore, OK at the Samuel Roberts Nobel Foundation headquarters. This foundation is an an independent, nonprofit institute which conducts direct operations, including assisting farmers and ranchers, and conducting plant science research and agricultural programs, to enhance agricultural productivity regionally, nationally and internationally. The NIRSC is a non-profit organization deditated to creating and promoting the basis for rapid and accurate analysis results to return value and benefits to its members, the NIRS community, and the public.
